Ingredients :

  1. Sheep muscle: 2 pieces
  2. Bo leaves: 1 pc
  3. Onion: 2 pieces

  7. Rice: 2 tablespoons
  8. Parsley and coriander: as needed

First, break the muscle bone in half, then wash the muscle clean and remove the excess fat, then put it with a number of onions and bay leaves in a pot or pressure cooker and pour 6 to 8 glasses of water on the muscles and raise the heat to water. Wash and finely chop the parsley and coriander. When all the ingredients are cooked, add the vegetable soup in the last 10 minutes of cooking. In order to preserve the properties of the vegetables, they should not be overcooked. When all the ingredients and soup are cooked, you can take out the muscle and make it finer and return it to the pot.
