Ingredients :

  1. Fermi pasta: 300 grams
  2. Mushrooms: 500 g
  3. Milk: 2 glasses
  4. Flour: 2 tablespoons
  5. Parmesan or mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup
  6. Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  7. Onion: 1 piece
  8. Garlic: 2 cloves
  9. Salt and black pepper and thyme: as needed

Preparation Method:

First, pour the olive oil for frying in a frying pan to heat, then wash and chop the onion and fry it in oil until it is a little light and golden, then peel and grate the garlic and add it to the fried onion to add aroma. Garlic is taken out.

In another pot, pour water, a little salt and liquid oil at the same time and let it boil. When it boils, pour the pasta into it and leave it until the pasta is soft.

Wash the mushrooms and slice them, then add them to the onion and garlic mixture and cook over high heat until the mushrooms are absorbed (you can add 1 tbsp of lemon juice to the pan before adding it to the mushrooms so that it does not spill water. They fold).

When the mushroom juice is drawn, pour the flour little by little on the mushroom and stir well until the flour opens and cooks until the raw smell disappears, then add the milk little by little and stir until a thick sauce is obtained. Finally, salt. Add black pepper and thyme.

When the pasta is soft, drain it and pour the above ingredients into the pan and pour the Parmesan cheese on it and stir well until all the pasta is mixed with the sauce and let the mushroom pasta absorb the taste of the sauce for a few minutes. Then pour the hot mushroom pasta into the dish and decorate it with a little parsley and Parmesan cheese.
