First, season the chicken fillets with onion, salt, pepper, saffron and lemon juice. Then soak the pistachio and almond slices in rose water to soften them. Be sure to soak a slice of orange or orange peel in cold water several times and boil it several times to remove the bitterness.
Wash the barberry and raisins separately and put them in the drain. Finely chop or grate the carrots and fry with a little sugar, butter or oil.
After one to two hours of flavoring the chicken, chop the onion and fry with a little oil. Then add the chicken fillets to the onion and fry. Add salt, pepper and saffron. Turn down the heat and place in a frying pan to cook the chicken slowly. If you need water, add a little water and let the chicken cook. Just be careful not to overcook the chicken.
Pour half of the water into a saucepan and put it on the stove flame to boil. Then add the soaked rice and add some salt. Wait for the rice to soften a little and drain it.
Pour oil into the pot and put the bottom of the pot of bread or potato of your choice. Then pour the rice on it and gather it in the middle and make a few holes in the rice with the end of a spoon. Mix a little boiling water with oil and pour over the rice. Put a smoking bag on the lid of the pot and reduce the gas flame when it is created in the steam pot.
Now fry the slices of orange peel with a little sugar and butter or oil until they turn a nice orange color. We put them aside. Then drain the pistachio and almond slices and fry with a little oil and butter. Roast the raisins with oil and butter. Fry the barberry with a little oil and sugar.
All the roasted ingredients in the sixth step are to decorate the Morasa polo. When the rice is cooked, take some of the rice and mix it with saffron. Pour the rice into a bowl and decorate with saffron and fried ingredients. Then we put a layer of waterless chicken on the rice and decorate.
