Mocha Cake Recipe:
Beat the butter, which has reached room temperature, with the sugar with the help of an electric mixer for 5 minutes until it becomes elastic and creamy.
Add the eggs one by one to the butter and sugar mixture, without the need for separation, and beat each egg for about 2 minutes, then add the next egg.
Sift all dry ingredients including white flour, Nescafe and cocoa powder, salt and baking powder 3 times. Mix with milk first and then add to the egg liquid. Until the mocha cake liquid is complete. Stir well with a mixer for 2 minutes.
Cover the bottom of the pan with greaseproof paper and pour the icing into the pan. Place in a preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes at 150-200 ° C. After the baking time, the mocha cake is ready and we have to prepare the mocha sauce. Grease the bottom of the mold with liquid oil and sprinkle with flour or use greaseproof paper. Mocha sauce recipe:
First, mix the milk with the sifted flour in a suitable bowl and add the cocoa powder and cream to the flour and milk mixture.
