Ingredients :

  1. Rice: 2 cups
  2. Tomatoes: 4 pieces
  3. Onion: 1 piece
  4. Coriander: 1/4 cup
  5. Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Chili pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Halopino pepper: 1 large
  8. Fresh lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  9. Cumin: 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Garlic: 2 cloves
  11. Colored sweet pepper: 2 pieces
  12. Peas: 1 cup
  13. Saffron: as needed
  14. Chicken fillet: as needed
  15. Salt, ginger and turmeric: as needed

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a frying pan with some oil. Then add some turmeric to the onions to make them colorful, then grate the garlic and fry it with the onion until the garlic aroma comes out.
