Menemen is a delicious Turkish dish that is very easy to cook and is considered as one of the traditional Turkish breakfasts.
Turkish omelette is a nutritious and cheap food that is prepared from a combination of tomatoes, bell peppers, eggs and onions and is served hot with bread.
- Grated tomatoes: 5 pcs
- Green pepper: 2 pcs
- Eggs: 3 pcs
- Medium onion: 1 pc
- Sweet pepper : 2 pcs
- Oil: To the extent necessary
- Salt, black pepper: To the extent necessary
How To Prepare:
First, after washing the onion, chop it finely, then put a bowl on the heat and pour some oil into it, add the chopped onions and start frying until they are light and soft.
Then chop the green peppers and bell peppers and add them to the onion and fry a little.
Now add the peeled and grated tomatoes to the bowl containing the onion and pepper, sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it, reduce the heat, put the lid on the pan and let the tomatoes cook and change color.
In the next step, when the peppers are soft and the tomatoes are cooked, add the eggs one by one to our ingredients and start stirring until the ingredients are completely mixed, then put on a low flame to cook the omelet.
Pour the prepared omelette into a bowl and garnish with fresh vegetables.
