  • Minced meat: 400 grams
  • Eggs: 4 number
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Onion: 1 number
  • Pistachio slices: 30 grams
  • Rusk flour: 100 grams
  • Dill: 50 grams
  • Softened butter: 50 g
  • Sweet pepper: 100 grams
  • Milk: 100 ml
  • Fried onions: 2 tablespoons
  • Thyme, curry, turmeric, salt, black pepper and baking powder from each: 1 teaspoon

Preparation Method:

First, grate the garlic and onion and dill and chop the bell peppers. In a large bowl, mix and grate all the ingredients except the eggs, then pour in the egg yolks and knead to mix.

Beat the egg whites in another bowl with a good electric mixer until completely puffed and foamy. At this stage, pour the egg whites into the meat yeast and mix with a whisk in a circular motion until the yeast is smooth.

Grease the desired mold, which is better to be a loaf mold, and pour the ingredients into it. Place the mold in a pan half filled with boiling water and bake for one hour on the middle window of the preheated oven at 180 ° C.

Return the pudding to the desired dish and garnish with potatoes.
