Meat is one of the foods that some children like and some do not like the taste and this taste may change as they get older. This recipe is suitable for children from 8 to 10 months. This amount of ingredients will prepare a quarter of a glass of this food. The preparation time of this food is 15 minutes.
- Breasts or thighs of chickens or thighs of cows or sheep that have all their fat removed and cut into small pieces: 60 g
- Water: three tablespoons
- Optional finely chopped garlic: half a piece
- Finely chopped onion: a tablespoon
- Oil: half a teaspoon
- Dry milk: as needed
How to prepare
Roast the chicken for one to two minutes on medium to high heat. Stir it regularly until it is evenly browned on all sides. Add garlic or onion to half a teaspoon of fried oil. For red meat, cooking time will be longer and it may be better to cook it in a pressure cooker first.
Add three tablespoons of water. Reduce heat to low and simmer over medium heat, simmering for two minutes or until cooked through. Then chop the meat very finely or puree it with one to two tablespoons of extra water, breast milk or formula and give it to the baby.
