If you want to try a different food, prepare a meat dish and soy sauce.
Ingredients for 2 people:
- Beef fillet: 100 g (long string)
- Red and yellow bell peppers: a quarter of each
- Baby corn: six pieces
- Small onion: 1 piece
- Canned beans: One-third of a can
- Corn flour: 1 teaspoon
- Water: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
Peel an onion. Cut the bell pepper into long pieces.
Cut the meat into long noodles, fry with a tablespoon of sesame oil in a fully heated pan for 2 minutes. Add salt at the last minute and take it out of the pan.
Clean the frying pan with a kitchen towel and put it back on the heat. Mix water and corn flour and set aside.
Pour another tablespoon of oil into the pan and after it is hot, add the bell peppers, sliced onion, garlic (which you crushed with just a knife without peeling) and the baby corn. Roast for 2 minutes and then add the canned beans. Of course, remove the garlic before that.
Add the water and corn flour mixture to the ingredients and stir until the water evaporates completely.
Now return the meats to the pan and fry and pour into a serving dish. If you like, you can serve it with rice.
