- Red beets: 3 pcs
- Potatoes: 2 pieces
- Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves

- Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Butter: 1 tablespoon

Preparation method:
Roast the minced meat with a number of grated onions.
After the color of the meat changes a little, add 4 glasses of water to it and cook the meat over a gentle heat.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Then add them to the meat with chopped parsley, grated garlic and salt and pepper.
Put the food on a gentle heat and wait 15 minutes for it to boil a little and fit perfectly.
