When it comes to Italian food, we all remember the country’s pizzas. So the first option may be very obvious: the famous Italian Margarita pizza. The pizza was first prepared by the famous pizza maker, Rafael Spuzino, and for Queen Margerita.
- Flour: five glasses
- Sugar: a tablespoon

How to prepare
First, take a bowl (relatively large) and add three cups of flour, one tablespoon of sugar, half a tablespoon of salt, two tablespoons of sourdough, four tablespoons of liquid oil and two glasses of water little by little. After mixing thoroughly, add two more cups of flour and then continue to mix until a smooth dough is obtained. Finally, close the lid and leave the dough to rest for half an hour.
After half an hour, remove the dough from the dish and divide it into three equal parts, and make each piece of dough into a circle and open it with a rolling pin.
