Manti Gol

Manti is one of the most delicious and popular Turkish dishes. If you are looking for a different food with a beautiful look for your guests, be sure to try the rose Manti. The inside of the Manti is made of minced meat.

Ingredients for making manti flower dough

  • Water: 1 glass
  • Eggs: 1 pc
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon jam
  • Ard: 3.5 glasses

Ingredients in floral mantle

  • Minced meat: 400 g
  • Finely chopped onion: 1 pc
  • Salt, black pepper, cumin: as needed

Ingredients for the sauce

  • Dough: 2 tbsp
  • Liquid oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt : To the extent necessary
  • Water: 4 cups

Manti Gol Cooking Recipe

Mix the dough ingredients together.

Stir in the flour until the dough is almost firm.

Cover the dough and rest for 20-15 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the meat. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and knead a little.

Divide the rested dough into 2 chins. Open thinly. Sprinkle a little flour when opening the dough.

Then cut with a round mold or a round glass.

As shown in the video, put 4 pieces of dough together and put the meat ingredients on the dough and shape it into a greased tray.

Bake in a preheated 200-190 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Then mix the sauce ingredients together and pour on the mantle and inside the tray. Draw on greaseproof paper tray or put it on the tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.

After baking, take it out of the oven and serve with garlic yogurt.
