Mango Flan Dessert

mango Flan is a very tasty Swedish dessert that is similar to caramel cream and custard.

Ingredients for caramel:

  2. Honey or maple juice: 3 tablespoons
  3. Water: A quarter of a pact

  2. Cream: one measure
  3. Vanilla: A tablespoon
  4. Mango (chopped gem): one and a half cups
  5. Cream cheese: 190 grams
  6. Eggs: 5 pieces

  1. Brown sugar: a quarter of a cup
  2. Butter: 3 tablespoons
  3. Mango (chopped gem): one measure
  4. Cinnamon powder: a tablespoon

Preparation method:

To prepare the caramel, put the sugar, honey and water in a suitable pan on the heat until they form caramel. Pour this mixture into the bottom of a large mold or small molds and set aside.

Mix all the flan ingredients well in a blender and pour over the caramel layer inside the molds. Cover the molds with foil and place them in a preheated oven at 170 ° C (325 ° F) for about 45 minutes to cook. After cooling, place the molds in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

To prepare the topping, place the brown sugar in a suitable pan over medium heat. After heating, add sugar, butter and then chopped mango and cinnamon powder, fry a little. Remove the molds from the refrigerator and return them to the serving dishes. Spread the mixture on the desserts and serve.
