- Large potatoes: 1 pc
- Liver: 300 grams
- Large onion: 1 pc
- Chopped bell pepper: 1 tbsp
- Salt, pepper and turmeric: as needed
First, wash the potato well and peel it. Chop the potatoes into small pieces and fry them in a frying pan.
Rinse the liver well and put it in a strainer. Wait a while for the water to drain completely. Then chop the liver.
Now chop an onion into small pieces. Pour a little oil into the pan and wait for it to heat up. Then pour the onion into hot oil and fry.
Now pour the chopped livers into the onion pan and fry. Once they change color, add the bell peppers, salt and turmeric.
Finally, pour a little water into the pan and put the lid on the pan to cook well. When the liver is well cooked, take it out of the pan and garnish with the potatoes as desired.
