- Chicken breast or thigh: 2 pcs
- Vegetables including chopped parsley and coriander: 250 g
- Leeks: 3 pieces (white part of the stem)
- verjuice: 1/2 cup
- Brewed saffron: 1 tbsp
- Turmeric, salt, black pepper, red pepper: as needed
- Prepared hot onion: 2 tbsp
How to prepare:
Rinse the leeks well and chop the white part of the stem to the desired size. Usually the most appropriate size is about two fingers.
Pour a little oil into the pan, add the chopped leeks and fry.
If you want to make this stew with chicken, pour some oil in a pan or other pot, add turmeric to it and fry the chickens in oil and turmeric.
Fry the vegetables in another pot or pan. Then add to the chicken. Add the fried leeks and hot onion.
Pour the right amount of water into the ingredients, add salt and pepper and let the leek stew boil for 40 minutes.
Add about 15 minutes before serving stew, broth and saffron. Your delicious leek stew is ready.
