Tabbouleh salad

Tabbouleh salad is one of Lebanon’s most delicious salads and is a good recommendation for those who eat a little bit of food. Keep in mind that raw vegetables after eating for several hours may irritate sensitive stomachs.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • Small lettuce: 1 number , string string
  • Average tomato: 3 pcs
  • Oatmeal: One cup
  • Chopped parsley: 3 tbsp
  • Peppermint: 3 tbsp
  • Onions: 4-5 pcs
  • Sour lemon juice: A quarter cup
  • Olive oil: A quarter cup
  • Salt and red pepper: To the extent necessary

Preparation:

Soak the oatmeal in a boiling water container for 20 minutes or until it is soft and edible but do not place it on the stove, then rinse it.

Pour the shredded lettuce on a plate and spread the tomato, onion and vegetable mixture on it.
