Tabbouleh salad is one of Lebanon’s most delicious salads and is a good recommendation for those who eat a little bit of food. Keep in mind that raw vegetables after eating for several hours may irritate sensitive stomachs.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- Small lettuce: 1 number , string string
- Average tomato: 3 pcs
- Oatmeal: One cup
- Chopped parsley: 3 tbsp
- Peppermint: 3 tbsp
- Onions: 4-5 pcs
- Sour lemon juice: A quarter cup
- Olive oil: A quarter cup
- Salt and red pepper: To the extent necessary
Soak the oatmeal in a boiling water container for 20 minutes or until it is soft and edible but do not place it on the stove, then rinse it.
Pour the shredded lettuce on a plate and spread the tomato, onion and vegetable mixture on it.
