Ingredients :

  5. Flour: 350 g

  7. Bitter chocolate: 220 grams
  8. High-fat cream: 250 mg
  9. Coconut powder: 1 cup

Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Choose a square shape about 20 cm. It is better to choose a mold with a shallow depth. Dip a little oil into the pan with a cooking brush. How to prepare a layer of lemon kernel with pastry cream, sugar and butter in a bowl and mix them with a high speed mixer and stir for about two minutes continue. Then add the eggs with a teaspoon of vanilla to the sugar and oil mixture and stir until well combined. Next, add flour and milk and stir constantly. Finally, after passing this step, pour the ingredients into the mold and put it in the oven for 50 to 60 minutes to cook completely.

After cooking, take it out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Melt the remaining chocolate, cream and vanilla using the Ben-Marie method (indirectly and on steam) until your chocolate is completely melted and well mixed with the ingredients. This takes about 20 minutes. Finally, completely cover the cake with chocolate and coconut powder and decorate it.
