Kuzu Tandir is one of the delicious dishes of Turkey.
Ingredients :
- Muscle: 2 pcs
- Melted oil or butter: 10 tbsp
- Garlic: 6 cloves
- Powdered thyme: 1 tsp
- Carrots: 1 pc
- Potatoes: 1 pc
- Black pepper: To the extent necessary
- Salt : The required amount
- Fresh lemon: 1 pc
- Rice: 3 cups
- Meat juice: 2 cups
- Hot water: a glass
How To Prepare:
Separately remove the pre-cooked meat from the bone and shave (large chunks).
Then chop the onion and fry with a little oil or butter and add the chopped carrots, garlic and potatoes until lightly browned.
After frying, add fresh or dried thyme with the meat to cook a little together.
Grease the oven tray with a little oil and pour all the ingredients into it and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
After placing the ingredients in the oven, bring the rice to a boil and boil it until the rice is slightly dry.
In another saucepan, pour a little oil and fry the remaining garlic, carrots and potatoes until they change color.
Then drain the rice and pour in it to fry a little, add the broth to the rice and wait for it to dry completely.
After brewing the rice and preparing it, pour it in the required amount on a plate and pour some meat and vegetables prepared in the oven on it and drink it.
Note: Turkish rice does not need to be brewed, and this part of brewing rice has been added due to the fact that rice is Iranian. If you use Turkish rice, reduce the temperature after adding broth to cook the rice thoroughly.
