  • Liquid oil (for frying): as needed
  • Onion (chopped): 1 piece
  • Garlic (crushed): 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated): 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Potatoes (chopped): 2 pcs
  • Carrots (chopped): 4 pieces
  • Grilled green pepper (chopped gem): 1 piece
  • Peanuts (without salt and chopped): 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper and salt (powdered): as needed
  • Curry spices: 1/2 and 1 tablespoon
  • Peas: (canned) 1 cup
  • Colored bell pepper (chopped): 4 tablespoons
  • Cream (high fat): 1/2 cup
  • Fresh coriander: some to garnish

How to prepare

In a frying pan containing hot oil, fry the onion until soft and clear, first add the garlic and ginger and fry a little. Then add the tomato paste and fry again;

Add the potatoes, carrots, grilled peppers, peanuts, peppers, salt and curry powder to the pan containing the garlic and fry until the potatoes are fully cooked and crisp;

Add peas and bell peppers and fry again. After cooking, remove the pan from the heat, add the cream to the pan ingredients and mix. Then pour the corm in the desired dish and garnish it with coriander and serve.
