Recipes :
Peel an onion and grate it so that it does not loosen the kofteh kebab. Pour it into a bowl with the spices, breadcrumbs, grated garlic and parsley and mix well and start kneading until it is cohesive, then cover the bowl with cellophane and Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Do not eliminate the rest time because in the final quality of kofteh kebab, it is very important. After 1 hour, take the ingredients the size of a tangerine and roll them in your hands and shape them to your liking or hit a wooden or metal skewer.
Pour a little oil into the pan to heat, then fry the meatballs in oil until golden and roasted and the kernels are cooked.
Rinse the tomatoes and puree with a fine grater or food processor. Finely grate the onion and fry it in a pan with a little turmeric and salt, then add the tomatoes and stir, and finally add sugar and vinegar to smooth the taste of the food. Now you can put the fried kebabs in the sauce. Or serve the sauce after thickening with kofteh kebab.
