- Non-fat milk: two and a half tablespoons
- Baking Powder: 1 tbsp

- Mayonnaise: 1/2 tbsp
- sugar: 3 tbsp
- Egg whites and yolks: 2 pcs

In a medium bowl, add milk, baking powder, vanilla, mayonnaise and egg yolk.
Sift the cake flour and pour into the bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix all ingredients together until the dough is smooth. Your dough will be yellow.
Pour the egg whites and sugar into another bowl and beat thoroughly with a mixer on top until the traces of the mixer blades remain on the egg whites and keep their shape.
Using a whisk, add a little beaten egg whites to the egg yolk mixture and stir gently. Add the egg whites little by little to the ingredients.
Put the round mold in the pan, spray a little oil into the mold and let it heat up completely.
Pour a few tablespoons of pancake batter into the mold, pour 2 tablespoons of water over the other parts of the pan and place in the pan to cook the pancakes for 3-4 minutes.
When the pancake is cooked, you can easily move it in the pan. Return the pancakes to the pan, cover the pan and cook the other side of the pancakes.
When both sides of the Japanese pancake are golden brown, take it out of the pan and gently remove from the pan.
You can garnish the pancakes with powdered sugar, jam, nectar and honey, chocolate sauce, cream or fruit.
