Ingredients for 6 people:

  • Italian sausage (minced): 180 g
  • Minced meat: 180 grams
  • Turkey meat (minced): 180 grams
  • Milk (non-fat): 1/4 cup
  • Bread crumbs: 1/4 cup
  • Garlic (chopped): 2 cloves
  • Parmesan cheese (grated): 1/4 cup
  • Eggs: 4 pieces
  • Parsley (chopped): 1 tablespoon
  • Oak seeds: 1 tablespoon
  • Raisins: 1 tablespoon
  • Oil: To the extent necessary
  • Salt and pepper: To the extent necessary
  • Water: 1 tablespoon

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 degrees Celsius).

In a large bowl, minced sausage, minced meat, minced turkey, skim milk, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, chopped garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, two lightly beaten eggs, chopped parsley, oak seeds, raisins and Mix salt and pepper and stir. Mix the ingredients well using your hands.

Form one and a half tablespoons of the mixture into a small ball.

Beat the remaining two eggs with 1 tablespoon of water. Dip the balls in the egg, then roll in the remaining 1 cup of bread crumbs.

Heat a large saucepan over a fairly high flame and add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan well.

Put the balls in the pan and be careful not to overfill the pan. Fry them for 2 to 3 minutes on all sides.

Place the fried balls in the oven and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the kernels are completely cooked.

Place the meatballs on a paper towel to drain the oil, then serve.
