- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Corn flour: 1/2 cup
- White flour: 1/2 cup
- Boiling water: 3/4 cup
- buttermilk: 1/4 cup
- Spinach: 200 grams
- Chicken breast: 4 pieces
- Oil: To the extent necessary
How to prepare
First, slice the tomatoes with a knife, sprinkle brown sugar on them and put them in the microwave or oven or on a pan. About 3 minutes or until the skin is peeled off and the tomatoes are soft. Stir them and set aside.
In a pan, pour two and a half cups of water with 1 teaspoon of salt to bring to a boil, then mix the cornflour with 3 quarters of a cup of boiling water and add, reduce the heat and stir occasionally, stirring for 5 minutes. Cook for a minute.
In a shallow bowl, mix the flour with half a teaspoon of salt and pepper and add the buttermilk, then roll the chicken in it, then pour some oil into the pan and fry over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Separately cook the spinach with salt and place on a plate with the chicken and tomatoes.
