Indian Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken:

  1. Yogurt: 200 g
  2. Fresh, grated ginger: a tablespoon
  3. Garlic, crushed: 1 tablespoon
  4. Tandoori paste: 1 tablespoon
  5. Tasting food color (optional): ½ Teaspoon
  6. Cumin: 2 Teaspoon
  7. Coriander seeds: 2 Teaspoon
  8. Gram Masala: 1 teaspoon
  9. Paprika Powder: half Teaspoon
  10. Chicken thighs and breasts: 1 k

Ingredients for Mint Sauce:

  1. Yogurt: 200 g
  2. Peppermint, large chopped: a small batch
  3. Coriander, chopped large: A small batch
  4. Chopped onions: Half onions
  5. Crushed tomatoes: 1 number
  6. Dried pomegranate seeds, crushed: ۲ tbsp
  7. Turmeric: a teaspoon
  8. Chili pepper powder, salt: If necessary

How to Make Tandoori Chicken:

To make this delicious Indian dish, mix all the ingredients except the chicken in a pan. Pour chicken pieces into this mixture and mix well. Put the ingredients mixed with the chicken in the fridge for two hours.

To make the mint sauce, pour all the ingredients into the mixer and add as much chili powder and salt as desired. Turn on the mixer to create a smooth, even mix.

Now we’re going to cook the chicken, warm the oven to the highest degree. Cook the chicken for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 120 degrees Celsius and wait until the chicken is fully cooked. Now our food is ready to serve with mint sauce.
