It is a delicious Lebanese food cooked with pea or pea flour, sesame oil and special spices.

Ingredients for Hummus:

Raw peas: 200g

Crushed sesame: 3 tbsp

Olive oil: 3 tbsp

Garlic: 1 cube

Lemongrass: 1 to 2 numbers

Salt and pepper: to the extent necessary

How to prepare Hummus:

First of all we have to soak the peas the night before and change the water several times to eliminate the bloating and to cook earlier.

Now drain the soaked peas and cook with about 1 to 2 glasses of water.

After the chickpeas are cooked, rinse them and hold about 1/2 glasses of chickpea juice.

Now pour the chickpeas together with a bunch of garlic into the food processor to make it powder.

Then, in another bowl, Crushed sesame, combine olive oil, lemon juice, enough salt and pepper with a good spoon.

Add the chickpeas and garlic powder and mix well if the mixture is very dry. Add 1/2 glasses chickpea water to make the mixture a little softer.

Now we pour the ingredients again into the feeder. Of course we have to be patient and sometimes mix the ingredients with a spoon and turn on the feeder again so Hummus that  the creamy hue is cooked evenly.

Now our food is ready to serve.
