How to prepare
Beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar for 5 minutes with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add the grated orange peel at the end.
Add liquid oil and milk and mix until smooth.
Gently mix the starch flour and baking powder that you have already sifted with the lychee or a spoon in a few steps to obtain a homogeneous substance. Stir just until it is mixed and smooth.
