Herbal Burgers

You may be wondering how to make a herbal burger. Most people think that a hamburger is definitely made with meat ingredients. But today we are going to teach you how to make a herbal hamburger and help your fitness.


  • Black beans: a can of canned food (500 g)
  • Pepper: Cut it into 5 cm pieces
  • Onion: 1 pcs
  • Garlic: 3 cloves
  • Eggs: 1 pcs
  • Red pepper powder: 1 tbsp
  • Cumin: 1 tbsp
  • Red Pepper Sauce or Spicy Sauce: 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs: half a cup

How to prepare

If you want to grill, heat the oven outdoors over a high heat and grease an aluminum foil sheet. If you want to bake, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) and grease the oven dish.

In a medium bowl, soften the black beans with a fork to form a thick, dough.

Finely chop the food processor, pepper, onion and garlic. Then add to the chopped beans.

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, red pepper powder, cumin and hot sauce.

Add the egg mixture to the softened beans. Mix the breadcrumbs until the mixture is sticky. Divide the mixture into four parts.

If grilled, place each portion on the foil and grill on each side for about 8 minutes. If cooked, place each portion on the oven and cook on each side for about 10 minutes.
