Grilled Vegetable Salad

Grilled vegetable salad and garlic sauce have a wonderful and unique taste. The vegetables we considered for this salad are broccoli and radish. Of course, you can use any kind of vegetables according to your taste. The salad dressing is also prepared with grilled garlic and a type of Japanese sauce called Miso sauce. Miso or soy dough is a type of food that is obtained by fermenting grains. This sauce, which is one of the main flavoring ingredients in Japan, is known around the world as the Japanese dish.


Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Broccoli: half a kilogram

Radish with stem: To the extent necessary

Salt and pepper: To the extent necessary

Sesame seeds: To the extent necessary

Ingredients for making roasted garlic sauce

Whole garlic: 1 number

Rice vinegar: a quarter cup

Miso sauce: 2 tbsp

How to prepare

Preheat the barbecue or oven. Cut the whole garlic in half and place both sides in the middle of a piece of foil. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt over the garlic, wrap the foil and place on the barbecue. Wait about 35 to 40 minutes for the garlic to soften and cook.

Wash the broccoli, cut it into smaller pieces by hand. Wash the radishes with the stem and let them dry. Keep the inside of the bowl of broccoli and horseradish with salt and oil and season with black pepper. When the garlic is cooked, place the vegetables on the barbecue and heat directly. Turn them over to grill them all over.

Open the garlic and pour the grated garlic cloves into a bowl. Mash the garlic cloves with a fork. Add rice vinegar and miso sauce, stir in salt and pepper. Remove the broccoli and radishes from the barbecue and pour into a bowl. Mix the sauce with grilled vegetables and pour some roasted sesame seeds over the salad. In this salad, you can use eggplant, tomatoes and grilled peppers or any other vegetable you like.
