Ingredients :

  • Chicken breast: 2 pcs
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Pepper and paprika: To the extent necessary
  • Nutmeg and ginger: 1/4 teaspoon each
  • For the mushroom sauce:
  • Flour: 2 tablespoons
  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Butter: 25 g
  • Mushrooms: 250 g

Preparation method:

Cut the chicken breast in half. Put it next to the cellophane and beat until thin.

Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and spices. Roll the chicken in the sauce and preferably let it soak in the sauce for half an hour.

Now fry the chicken in a pan or grill. When one side is grilled, turn it over. Close the lid of the pan for the last 3 minutes to make sure the chicken is cooked.

To make the mushroom sauce, first melt the butter and set aside. Roast the flour for two minutes to get the raw smell. Then add the melted butter and stir. Finally, pour the milk. Stir over a low flame for about 5 minutes to thicken the sauce. Chop the mushrooms separately and fry, then mix with white sauce.
