- White flour: 300 grams
- Butter (chopped): 125 g
- Sugar powder: 220 grams
- Baking soda: 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Ginger: 2 teaspoons
- Chicken eggs (slightly beaten): 1 pc
- Honey: 1 teaspoon
How to prepare:
Pour the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger) into a suitable container and mix together, then sieve to mix the dry ingredients well.
Then add the eaten butter and knead well by hand until the butter goes into the above ingredients and then add the eggs and honey and knead well so that the dough material is formed and does not stick to the hands.
Then grease the oven tray and remove from the dough the size of a tablespoon of jam and make balls and spread them a little by hand and put them in the oven tray and bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for 15 to 20 minutes. Put the sweets in a light brown. Allow the sweets to cool and serve.
