gheymeh rizeh is an Iranian dish special to the city of Isfahan. gheymeh rizeh is a very tasty and popular food in Isfahan and gheymeh rizeh recipe can be prepared with raw materials that are fully available. Today in cook plans we teach this delicious food.
- Minced meat: 500 grams
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Chickpea flour: 2 tablespoons
- Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon
- Salt, pepper and turmeric spices: as needed
- Boiling water: 3 glasses
- Large potatoes: 1 pc
- Fresh parsley and mint: 2 tablespoons
- Dried mint: 1 tablespoon jam
- Special frying oil: 2 tablespoons
Mix one grated onion and water, plus minced meat, and salt, pepper, turmeric, pea flour, and dried mint. Then turn the ingredients in a circle and rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Be sure to rest the prepared ingredients in the refrigerator so that they do not change shape when fried.
Put the pot on a medium flame and pour a tablespoon full of oil and grate an onion and take its water and pour it into the pot and fry. When it is fried, add turmeric to it and also add tomato paste, parsley and chopped mint to the mixture. Well, when it is fried, add boiled water to it and put the lid on the pot for 10-15 minutes until Fit the sauce or stew.
Remove the ingredients from the refrigerator and fry them in a frying pan on a medium flame with a spoon of oil and add them to the pot that is the stew.
There are two ways to use potatoes in gheymeh rizeh:
In the traditional recipe, after peeling and washing, the potatoes were cut into four pieces and added to the stew.
Potatoes can be eaten in small squares and fried in oil and used as a decoration for food.
