Today we are going to teach you German pancakes, which take less time to prepare than other pancakes.
- Eggs: 3 pcs
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Sifted flour: 1/2 cup
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla: 1/2 teaspoon
- Melted butter: 3 tbsp
- Freshly sliced fruit: enough to decorate
- Whipped cream and powdered sugar to decorate
To make German pancakes, you must first preheat the oven. Then turn on the oven and set it at 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 230 degrees Celsius to heat.
Take a medium bowl to combine the ingredients. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix well.
Gently add the milk to the egg and continue to stir until all the milk and eggs are well mixed and a smooth, one-handed liquid is obtained.
Sift the flour and add the sugar and salt to the egg and milk mixture.
Mix the ingredients. Continue stirring until no flour balls remain and the liquid becomes one-handed.
Add vanilla essence to German pancake ingredients and stir. Then set the bowl aside.
Take a frying pan and put the butter in it. Put the pan on the heat to melt the butter. When the butter is completely melted, gently turn the pan so that the melted butter covers all the bottom and sides of the pan. Then slowly pour the pancake batter into the pan.
Place the pan in the oven and wait for about 15 minutes for the edges of the pancakes to turn golden. Remove the pan from the oven and place in a serving dish. Garnish with powdered sugar, whipped cream and fresh fruit, German pancakes and enjoy.
