Gaspacho soup

Gaspacho is a Spanish national dish. The main ingredient of the tomato is Gaspacho. In modern cooking, there are many types of cold soup. Gaspacho is in high demand especially in Spain during the warm season. Due to its raw materials, it is a light soup.

Raw material:

  1. Tomatoes: 4 pcs
  2. Spicy pepper: 1 pc
  3. capsicum: 1 pc
  4. Salt and pepper: as needed
  5. Mustard : Half a teaspoon
  6. Chopped onion: 1 pcs
  7. Chopped garlic: 1 cube
  8. Chopped cucumber: 1 pcs
  9. Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  10. Basil and Coriander: 1 cup
  11. Powdered dry bread: 2 tbsp
  12. Olive oil: 3 tablespoons

recipe :

Crush the raw material to your taste or mix in the mixer in three steps to form one hand then gradually add olive oil and turn off the machine when finished. Mix some chopped vegetables with a little mayonnaise and pour over soup, then serve with ice. You can add tomato juice to the above soup if desired. If desired, add one to two tablespoons of tomato sauce to the cold soup above.
