- Almond or almond powder: 90 g (peeled)
- Milk: 120 ml
- Concentrated cream: 120 ml
- Sugar: 90 grams plus 1 tablespoon
- Eggs: 2 pieces
- Chopped vanilla seeds: 1/2 piece

- Chopped and skinless green apple: 90 grams
- Peeled, chopped mango: 1 pc
- Blackberries: 60 grams

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. If you use whole almonds, put them in a special chopper or food processor and chop them with a metal blade. Beat it until the almonds are completely chopped.
In a large bowl, combine milk, cream, almond powder, 90 grams of sugar and eggs. Using the tip of a knife, slice the vanilla fruit and place the seeds in a bowl. Beat them with a wire mixer until well combined and set aside.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over a low flame. Add apples and a tablespoon of sugar and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until caramelized. Remove from heat.
Put the apples, mango and blackberry in the bottom of 4 round gratini baking dishes with a diameter of 14 cm. Pour the milk mixture over the fruits. Cook them for 20 to 25 minutes until the pudding sets and comes out clean if you insert a knife in the center.
Transfer to a metal tray and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving hot. Sprinkle confectioner’s sugar on it if desired.
