Fried fish with Parmesan cheese is a great way to cook fish that is very quick and easy, is prepared without the need for oil and has a great and delicious taste.
- Fish fillet: 450 g
- Eggs: 1 pc
- Milk: 1 tbsp
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup
- Flour: 2 tbsp
- Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1/8 teaspoon
In a shallow bowl, mix the milk and eggs together and set aside. Put Parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plastic bag with a zipper and mix well. You can also combine them in a bowl, but make sure the ingredients mix well and evenly.
Beat the fillets alternately in the egg yolk. Then add flour and dip both sides well in the ingredients. If you use a plastic bag, put the fish in the bag, close the zipper and shake well so that the fish is floured everywhere. Prepare all the fillets in the same way.
Prepare an oven tray and lightly grease the bottom. Then put the fillets in it and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Check the fish at the end of cooking with a fork. If the fish texture is fried and easily cut with a fork, it means your fillets are ready. Roasted fillets can be served with a slice of fresh lemon or with a salad or cooked vegetables.
