Fatayer Cheese is an Arabic dish that you can choose the ingredients in it. But this Fatayer, which is made with a combination of cheese and mint, will have a different and memorable taste. The choice of cheese is up to you. You can use mozzarella or ricotta cheese or any other type of cheese you like in the ingredients.

Ingredients :

  1. Cream cheese: 300 g
  2. Fresh parsley: as needed
  3. Fresh mint: as needed
  4. Eggs: 1 piece
  5. Black pepper powder: Teaspoon
  6. Black seed: Teaspoon

Ingredients for the dough:

  1. Flour: 2 and a half cups
  2. Salt: Teaspoon
  3. Yeast: 1 and a half teaspoons
  4. Sugar: 2 teaspoons
  5. Oil: 1 to 2 teaspoons
  6. Lukewarm water: 1 cup

Preparation method:

Chop the cheese into small pieces.

Put in cold water, then take it out of the water and mash it.

Pour 1 tablespoon of ingredients in the center of the dough.

Fold the edges of the dough diagonally and connect them so that the dough is in the shape of a boat.

After making the dough, leave it for 30 minutes.

Then butter them and put them at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
