One of the tasty soups in the southeastern region of Turkey is Ezogelin Soup.Today we teach you how to cook this delicious soup.
Ingredients for 6 people:
- Lentil slab: 90 g
- Wheat grits: 50 g
- Onions: 1 small number
- Water: 7 glass
- Salt: One and a half tea spoon
- Margarine or butter: 40 g
- Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
- Dried Mint: One and a half tea spoon
- Red chili: Half a tea spoon
- Lemon juice: 20 g
Peel, wash and grate the onions.
Pour two tablespoons of oil into the pot and fry the onions.
Wash lentils and Wheat grits and pour into the pot.
Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper.
Let it cook for half an hour. Soup thickened, pour into a bowl and garnish with mint.
When serving this soup, use fresh sour lemon.
