Peel an eggplants with a knife, slice it into slices a little thicker than half an inch. Sprinkle coarse salt on the eggplant rings and place them on a clean towel for 10 minutes. After this time, wash the eggplants and dry them with a kitchen towel.

Preheat the oven to 200. C. In a small bowl, mix the crushed garlic cloves, olive oil and Italian spices and rub the liquid on both sides of the eggplant rings using a brush. Now place the eggplants on a greased baking tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

After this time, remove the tray from the oven. Turn the eggplants upside down. Pour a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each ring and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on it. Return the tray to the oven and wait another 10 minutes for the cheese to melt completely.
