Prepare the ingredients in the bell pepper First, preheat the oven to 190. C (375. F).
Divide the cauliflower into several pieces, pour into a blender, fry in a little olive oil with the onion, salt and pepper, and prepare the cauliflower rice.
Then heat a large saucepan over medium heat. After the pot is hot, add the onion, garlic (optional), salt and pepper and fry for 1 minute. Then add the cauliflower rice to the ingredients and stir to cook a little with them. Put the pot in the pot to steam the cauliflower rice for 1 minute. Then remove from the heat and pour the ingredients into a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients such as red beans, cumin powder, salt and pepper to the cauliflower rice and mix with it. Taste it a little and add more seasoning and spices if needed. Mix all ingredients well.
Divide the bell peppers vertically in half and rub them with oil brush and grease.
Fill the halved peppers with the prepared ingredients, then place in a baking tray or large pot. Cover the pan or baking tray and place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes to cook.
After 30 minutes, remove the foil from the pot or tray, set the temperature to 240 C and let it cook again for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are soft and golden.
