At the same time that the onion is golden, put the hot milk on a small flame and about 2 tablespoons of oil in it. we pour.
Wait a while until it is almost hot, then pour the mint into the oil and stir for about 1 minute, then remove from the heat so that it does not burn. Then we look at the onion, if it is golden, we take some of it to use for decoration.
Add some hot garlic to the hot onion and add a little hot mint with it, crushed eggplant, salt and pepper and fry, and remove some of the walnut kernels to decorate and leave the rest in the pan. Pour and mix with ingredients.
Reduce the heat until the ingredients fall into the oil. If the curd is firm, dilute it with a little water and add it to the pan and mix well until the curd is completely mixed with the ingredients and put it in the pan until the water is completely dry.
