ingredients :

  • Butter: 2 tbsp
  • Onion: 1 measure
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Sweet corn seeds: 4 cups
  • Milk: 2/3 cup
  • Cheddar Cheese : One and a half cups
  • Capsicum : 1 tbsp
  • Bugat bread crumbs: 3/4 cup
  • Eggs: 3 pcs
  • Fresh onions: 3 tablespoons (optional)
  • Paprika Salt and Pepper: To the extent necessary

How to prepare:

In a suitable pan, melt the butter over medium heat and then add the onion. Roast the onion for about 4 minutes. So much so that the onions turn a little golden. Then pour the garlic into the pan. As soon as the garlic aroma is high and slightly light, remove the pan from the heat. Garlic does not need to be discolored and browned.

Pour the roasted garlic and onion into a bowl. Then add all the ingredients, including corn, milk, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, baguette breadcrumbs and…, to the contents of the bowl. But don’t drop the egg right now. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using a whisk. As mentioned, adding onions is optional and can be removed if you don’t like it or it’s not seasonal.

In another bowl, break the eggs one by one and add them to the Omelette liquid after making sure they are healthy. At this stage, mix the ingredients well so that the eggs are completely mixed and homogeneous. It should be noted that before adding the eggs, pour a small amount of oil into a pan and put it on a gentle heat until it heats up slowly.

Pour all the ingredients into the hot oil and increase the heat a little at first. After the kookoo has taken hold, lower the heat and place the lid on the pan.
