Coconut powder, also known as coconut flour, is one of the best gluten-free flours and is a good alternative to wheat flour. Because coconut powder is rich in nutrients, it is effective in lowering blood sugar and helping digestion. Join us in learning how to make coconut dessert.
- Cornstarch: 4 tbsp
- Milk: 3 cups
- Breakfast cream: 200 g
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Gelatin powder: 3 tablespoons
- Coconut powder: 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla: The tip of a teaspoon
- Milk or water: 1 cup
To make a delicious and fragrant coconut dessert, first pour 3 cups of milk, sugar, cream and cornstarch in a suitable bowl and mix together. Then place the pan on a low flame and stir constantly until the sugar dissolves and the ingredients thicken slightly.
Mix gelatin powder with 1 cup of milk or water. Then dissolve the gelatin powder well by the Ben Marie method or indirect heat.
At this stage, add the dissolved gelatin powder, vanilla and coconut powder to the mixture of milk, sugar, cream and cornstarch that you made in the first step and stir. Then remove the pan from the heat.
Now grease your favorite silicone (or plastic) mold. Then pour the dessert ingredients into the mold and refrigerate for a few hours to seal. To make the dessert easier to separate from the mold, put the mold in the freezer for about 30 minutes and then take the coconut dessert out of the mold and decorate with coconut powder.
