  7. Sugar: 1/2 cup for dough
  8. White flour: 3.5 to 4 servings
  9. Milk: 3/4 cup

It may take a little more or less than the amount stated in the flour recipe. When the dough is gathered, knead it for 10 minutes, then put it in a greased bowl for 2 hours to make the dough bulky.

Mix brown sugar with cinnamon and set aside. Melt the butter and set aside.

When the dough has reached volume, take the puff with a fist and open it on the work surface in a rectangular shape (dimensions 40 x 60), then rub the cold melted butter on the dough, then sprinkle the mixture of sugar and cinnamon on the pastry and start rolling. Knead, then divide into 12 parts with a sharp knife.

Grease the bottom of the 20×30 dish and put the cinnamon rolls in it, then cover the sweets and let it rise for another 1 hour. Then put it in a preheated oven for 190 minutes at 190 ° C to bake the breads and after cooling, decorate the Cinnamon roll as desired.
