- Cream cheese: a quarter of a cup
- Greek yogurt: 1 serving
- Water: 4 cups
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg: 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla essential oil: 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon stick: 1 pc
- Flour: three and a half measures
- Edible green color: as needed
- Food color red: as needed
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix the cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a bowl until combined.
Pour the mixture into a pastry funnel and put it in the refrigerator.
Put the water in the pot on the heat until it boils.
Add salt, sugar, cinnamon stick, nutmeg and vanilla essential oil to the water.
After a few minutes, separate the cinnamon from the ingredients and add the flour.
When the dough hardens, remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool.
Divide the dough into three equal parts.
Paint one part of the dough green and the other red.
Pour each piece of dough into a pastry funnel and pipe into an oven tray covered with greaseproof paper.
Put the tray in the oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle a little sugar on them.
Empty the churro and fill with the cream cheese mixture.
