Ingredients :
- Flour: 3 scoops
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter: 1/2 cup
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Sugar nectar: 1/3 cup
- Vanilla: 1 tsp
- Eggs: 1 pc
To decorate:
- Eggs: 2 pcs
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar: 3 cups
- Edible color: To the extent necessary
Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover two baking trays with parchment paper. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
Mix the sugar and butter with a mixer for 2 minutes until puffy and light. Add sugar, vanilla and egg yolk and mix. Add the flour mixture little by little and mix well.
Divide the dough into two parts. Wrap each piece separately in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove one part of the dough from the refrigerator and spread it on a floured surface until it is about 1/2 cm in diameter. Sprinkle the surface of the rolling pin and the dough to prevent the dough from sticking to the rolling pin. Using a cookie cutter, separate the desired shapes from the dough and place them on the pastry tray at a distance of 2 cm from the other pieces.
Place the cookies in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until golden. Then take the cookies out of the oven and set aside to cool. Remove the second part of the dough from the refrigerator and repeat steps 4 and 5 again. After baking, set the cookies aside for 30 minutes to cool.
Stir the egg whites with lemon juice to make a decorative layer on the Christmas cookie. Gradually add powdered sugar and stir until smooth. Divide the ingredients into separate bowls according to the number of colors you want to decorate. For each bowl, dip the tip of a knife into the food coloring and stir into the ingredients to color well. Transfer each color of the mixture to a separate cream funnel. Now decorate the Christmas cookies with different colors. You can also use powdered sugar and truffles to decorate.

Snowman
Divide a few pieces of marshmallow into two halves. Pour some white decorative coating on each cookie piece and stick a piece of marshmallow on it like a snowman’s head. Divide a piece of salted wood in half and place it as a snowman. Use chocolate sauce or truffles to make the snowman’s mouth and body buttons. You can also make other decorations on the cookies to your liking.
