- Candied cherries (a type of cherry that has been soaked in syrup for a long time and crushed into cherries): 227 g
- Candied orange peel: as needed
- Raisins: 2 cups
- Raisins: 1 cup
- Dates: 1 glass
- Almonds: 64 grams
- Multifunctional flour: 1/2 cup
- Your favorite juice: 150 ml

- Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
- Clove powder: 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter: 1 cup
- Brown sugar: 2 cups
- Eggs: 6 pieces
- Nectar: 3/4 glass
- Apple juice: 3/4 glass
In a medium bowl, combine cherries, orange peel, raisins, dates, raisins and almonds. Add your favorite juice and leave it for 2 hours. Mix the fruit with 1/2 cup of flour.
Preheat the oven to 135 degrees Celsius. Grease a cake tin and cover with greaseproof paper. In a small bowl, combine 2 cups flour, baking soda, cloves, cinnamon, and salt. Put it aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the butter until soft and creamy. Gradually add the brown sugar and eggs. Now add nectar and apple juice and mix. Add the butter mixture and flour mixture and stir. Now add the fruit mixture to the ingredients. Then transfer to the cake tin.
Bake in a preheated oven for 3 to 3:30 hours or until a toothpick is inserted in the center of the cake and comes out clean. After baking, remove from the cake tin and greaseproof paper. Cool the cake completely and you can put it in an airless container to keep it.
