Chocolate cake is usually called a cake made without flour and has a compact texture.
- Eggs: 6 pcs
- Butter: 3/4 cups
- Cream: 2 cup
- Chopped chocolate: 450 g
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Salt: 1/4 tsp
- Wet raisins: 1 cup
- Hazelnuts: One and a half cups
- Hot water: 1/2 cup
How to prepare
Before doing anything, first turn on the oven at 110. C to heat.
Then pour the butter and cream into a small saucepan and put it on a low heat to melt it by stirring constantly. Then pour the chocolate into them and remove from the heat until the chocolate melts due to the heat of the butter and cream and mix with the ingredients.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and salt together and stir with an electric mixer until the eggs are white. Then add the melted chocolate mixture with the hazelnuts and soaked raisins to the beaten eggs and mix all the ingredients well.
Choose a 22 cm belt mold and grease it with butter and sprinkle a little cocoa powder on the bottom of the wall and pour the extra cocoa powder out of the mold with a tap. Then pour the icing into the mold and bake for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 110. C to cook.
After cooling down, take the baked cake out of the mold and place it on an iron rack to cool completely.
The edges of the baked cake are quite firm and slightly soft in the middle.
Cover the cooled cake and refrigerate overnight to soften. Then take it out of the fridge and sift a little cocoa powder over it and enjoy.
