Ingredients :
- Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch: 3 tbsp
- Cocoa powder: a quarter of a cup
- Milk: 2 cups
- Sugar: One-third of a measure
- Vanilla extract: a quarter of a teaspoon
This dessert is made of cocoa powder and cornstarch, both of which can be obtained from confectionery stores. After the pudding stays and hardens for a while, it finds a beautiful texture that you can serve at all kinds of parties.
Recipe :
Pour 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch into a bowl and mix together. To make the pudding taste more cocoa, you can use 2.5 to 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Just keep in mind that if you add more cocoa powder, you need to add more sugar so that it does not become bitter.
Now add a quarter cup of milk to these ingredients. Milk should be cold or at room temperature. Stir the mixture until no bullets remain inside.
At this stage, pour two cups of milk into the boiling milk and place it on the gas flame to heat. When the milk is warm or slightly hot, add the sugar and stir to dissolve in the milk.
Turn down the heat and then add the cocoa paste and cornstarch. Immediately start stirring with a hand mixer.
Allow the ingredients to rest on the flame over low heat and stir the pudding regularly until it thickens completely. In addition to thickening the pudding, its color should also change and become a little darker. Now test the pudding with a thick spoon. If it is ready, it should cover a layer of the spoon and gently drip from the spoon.
Remove the pudding from the heat and add a little vanilla if desired.
Now stir the pudding again and divide it evenly inside the bowls. Wipe the bottom of the pudding container, which is probably thicker, with a spatula or spoon.
Wait for the chocolate pudding to cool slightly and cover the bowls with aluminum foil. If the pudding is hot and you cover it, water droplets will form on it.
Now put the pudding in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours to thicken. After this time, take it out of the fridge and decorate with grated cocoa and a variety of fruits such as strawberries and bananas. Your dessert is now ready.
