  • Butter: 150 grams


How to prepare the sauce

Pour 200 grams of sugar with a small amount of water in a pan and put it on the heat and stir until caramelized. Then remove the pan from the heat.

Add 180 grams of chocolate breakfast cream and 150 grams of butter and stir until smooth.


Ingredients :

  • Panna Cotta: 1 number
  • Ready-made chocolate sponge cake: 1 number
  • Gelatin powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Walnut kernels: 100 grams
  • Almond slices: 100 grams
  • Coconut powder: 100 grams


How to prepare

First prepare the toffee sauce.

Open the panna cotta and pour into a saucepan. Then put on low heat to melt.

Powder the sponge cake, then add it to the panna cotta and stir to knead.

Pour the above mixture into the bottom of the belt mold. Strain it and then pour the toffee sauce on it.

Roast the coconut powder, walnuts and sliced ​​almonds separately and pour over the toffee sauce in the mold, so that it covers the surface of the cake. Then put it in the refrigerator to cool completely.

After cooling, take the mold out of the refrigerator, cut it and put it in the desired dish and serve.
