Chocolate Mousse

This one is for chocolate lovers. Chocolate mousse is the epitome of French cuisine with coffee, dark chocolate and lots of love.This recipe can easily be the masterpiece you have always been looking for.


  • Chopped bitter chocolate: 170 grams
  • Pieces of butter: 170 grams
  • Brew strong coffee: 1/4 cup
  • Large egg yolk: 4 pcs
  • Sugar powder: 2/3 cup
  • Water: 1 tbsp
  • Egg whites: 4 number Large
  • Powdered sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract: half a teaspoon
  • Salt: To improve the taste

How to prepare

Place a medium bowl on a pan filled with boiling water. Add chocolate, butter and coffee to a medium bowl. Wait for all of them to melt. Then set the bowl aside.

In a large bowl, pour ice water and set aside. Pour the egg yolk, sugar and water into another bowl. Using a mixer (even an electric mixer), beat the egg mixture until it thickens.

Put the chicken egg mixture in the ice bowl. And until it cools, beat the eggs.

Mix the chocolate mixture with the eggs.

Pour the salt and egg white into another bowl and beat well. Add powdered sugar and beat until thickened. Then add the vanilla extract.

Mix all the ingredients together and finally transfer it to a serving dish and refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve this dessert cold.
